Zero was born from the idea to create a new category of ski: a product which combines a high technical content with particular and unique designs.
All Zero skis are produced handmade, according to a technique which remains the best to ensure a great performance of the snow for any kind of skier.

About

Zero was born in 2011, when a group of artisans with over 30 years’ experience in the world of skis decided to create a product not yet existing on the market: a performing ski with unique particular designs, applying materials often never used before on skis.
Zero team consists of two artisans, who work on the construction of the ski, making any single product a unique piece of craftsmanship. They are supported by a designer who looks for new ideas in order to create a unique collection and at the same time, to follow the requests of any single clients.
A sales and marketing manager is responsible, among other things, to create partnership with fashion and luxury brands in order to create limited editions.

Zero brings a new concept and style of skiing where technology and design come together to create something precious and unique. Personalized and customizable 100% in all aspects of design and structure, each Zero ski has its own history.

Exclusively made from Italian design, Zero workshop is located in the heart of the Alps; where for generations skiing has not only been a sport, but a profession and a passion as well.

Zero philosophy consists in creating products that matches the needs of any single skier, and for this reason, every production is followed together with the client in any moment of its realization. The objective is to create a ski which satisfies the technical and esthetic requirements of the customer, in order to create a unique piece of craftsmanship, which will endure in time.

Manufactoring

Thanks to ski professionals with over thirty years’ experience, Zero creates top-level skis using innovative and top quality materials. These one-of-a-kind skis are exclusively handmade; each piece is unique in any single realization.

The first part of the manufacturing of a Zero ski consists in creating the soul of the skis, through the sandwich technique, whose composition will differentiate any single product. Each piece is personal created by our artisans, who look after any small details of the structure, alternating wood, titanal and fiberglass, which are the materials used for the realization process. Once the base of the ski is ready, the work continues on the superior part of the structure, where the designs of our collections are applied, as well as those required by each single client.
